FAQ
What should I expect?
Coaching sessions are conducted over Zoom or Google Meet (preferably) or over the phone. Once you complete the form above, you will be contacted via email to schedule a session. We will send you an invoice which is payable online.
You can ask the consultant anything during the call and ask as many questions within the 40 minute time limit. Sessions end sharply at 40 minutes but you may schedule another session to address your remaining questions!
Please note: management work won’t be completed during a session. This includes creating social media posts, making website updates, creating graphics & similar tasks.
Will coaching sessions cover technical questions?
Coaching sessions only cover strategy. If you have a technical question, let the consultant know and we will do our best to send you helpful website or tutorial links after the call.
Is a coaching session worth it?
Coaching is great for professionals & entrepreneurs at any marketing skill level. Promoting your business online can be a full time job but with guidance and knowing time & money saving best practices, you could see a significant upgrade to your marketing efforts.

Why is a session only 40 minutes long?
A lot of ground can be covered in a 40 minute session and we feel an hour is a smidge too long. We know you are a busy professional and we don’t want to keep you from your core duties for too long. If you have a question when the coaching call ends, feel free to email us! We’ll provide you with an email address during the call.
I’m part of a nonprofit or faith-based business, do you provide discounts?
Yes! Nonprofits & faith-based businesses get $5 off the listed price of every session. Once we contact you by email to set up your session, please provide proof of the charity or faith-centered business, plus proof you are an employee or owner of the group.
What if I don’t get all my questions answered? Can I get a refund?
We unfortunately do not provide refunds once an invoice is paid. We encourage you to request coaching on the subject areas listed above and to tell us what topic(s) you’d like to cover on the above contact form. This will ensure communication is open and that we are both on the same page!
